The offer and sale of products on our website ocee.com are governed by these Terms and Conditions. Products pre-ordered and purchased o-c-e-e.com are sold directly by Océé.

Our trade policy 

Océé put on sale on ocee.com products and practices its own e-commerce activity exclusively against end users who are consumers. By “Consumer” shall mean any natural person who operates for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity may be practiced. If you are not a “consumer”, we invite you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions ocee.com. Given the trade policy described above, Océé reserves the right not to respond to pre-orders and orders provenantes of topics that differ from the “Consumer” or pre-orders and orders inconsistent with its policy commercial. These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on ocee.com among users ocee.com and Océé.

Warranty and indication of prices of products

On ocee.com are sold exclusively branded products Océé. The essential characteristics of products are shown on ocee.com within each product sheets. The images and colors of the products sold on ocee.com may not exactly match the actual colors under the effect of web browser used and screen. Product prices are valid for the current day. They may be subject to updates at the end of this period.

Secure Online Payments

The order validated by the customer will be considered effective when Océé have perceived the payment centers concerned, the full amount charged. In case of payment problem, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer will be informed by email.

Once your payment is approved (usually within a few hours), we start processing your order.

Payments will be made only through Paypal.  Where the Customer has chosen payment method PayPal, its financial information has been previously provided to PayPal that a secure and assigned a password to the recipient. In this case, the customer pays online by simply stating his email address and password. No data is sent to Océé, all information is validated directly by PayPal.

Such information, moreover, will never be used by Océé, except to complete the procedures related to your purchase or if it is necessary to prevent or report to police fraud on the occurrence of o-c-e-e.com. The price for the purchase of products and shipping, as indicated bellow, will be charged to your PayPal account when paying for products purchased. Commissions on the country / currency are impliquables when purchasing through Paypal.

Shipping and delivery of products

We ship in France and Worldwide.

Please pay close attention to what is described in this topic because the information contained in Deliveries are substantial and integral part of these Conditions of Sale, and therefore, are considered fully recognized and accepted by you when you. proceed to the payment.

Most of our orders for fashion items will be dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. 

Our orders for art prints will dispatched once the made-to-order print is produced (about 7 days).

Delivery will be made by La Poste Colissimo for shipments in  France and Postexport for shipments to the rest of the world from Monday to Saturday at the address you provided.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.

Please make sure there is someone at home to sign for your package. If there is no one in it will be returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage costs will have to be payed.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the Paypal checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination.

FRANCE SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

We use Colissimo for France Shipping. This enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it’s been dispatched on La Poste website (www.laposte.com).

Standard shipping for France - Estimated delivery time 3-6 business days.      € 7,20 

The possible delays do not entitle the Customer to claim damages, cancellation of the order or a reduction in the price paid by the Client. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent.

Océé can not be held responsible for non-execution of the contract, in case of force majeure, disruption or general strike, or partial, including postal services and transport, flood, storm or fire.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

We use PostExport for International shipping. This enables us to track the whereabouts of your parcel once it’s been dispatched on La Poste website (www.laposte.com).

Standard shipping Worldwild - Estimated delivery time 6-8 business days.      € 7,20

Taxes and duties

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Océé you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Océé. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Currency conversions

All prices listed on our site are in Euros, and charged in Euros The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of approximately what the exchange rate currently is please use google converter.

Policy and terms

By placing an order at Océé  you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Océéé .  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Customs fees for overseas 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“import fees”). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to these import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient and we have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns et exchanges restrictions

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for limited edition fashion items as well as for art items .

Governing Law 

The Conditions of the contract and are governed by French law and in particular by Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206 on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree n.70 dated 9 April 2003 on aspects of electronic commerce. 

Changes and update 

The General Terms are changed regularly and also have regard to any normative change. The new Conditions of Sale shall be effective on the date of publication o-c-e-e.com.
